How to reach us
Email hello@gothicquartertours.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.
We are a booking guide, not a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. That goes to the operator through the site you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
If you cannot find your group
Call the operator's number on your voucher straight away, before the start time. The squares of the Gothic Quarter fill with tour groups at the same hours, and the operator can tell you exactly where the guide is standing. Where each walk meets, and what to look for, is on the meeting points page.
Corrections
If a fact here is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. Meeting points, start times and the Cathedral's hours change, and the fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.

Barcelona Cathedral
Pla de la Seu s/n, 08002 Barcelona, Spain. Telephone +34 933 428 260, the information number the Cathedral publishes. The quarter itself is a public district with no address, telephone or opening hours of its own.
Hours
The Cathedral's cultural visit runs 9:30 to 18:30 on weekdays, 9:30 to 17:15 on Saturdays and 14:00 to 17:00 on Sundays. Prices and last entry times are on visiting the Gothic Quarter.
Getting there
Metro Jaume I (L4) or Liceu (L3), or ten minutes on foot from Plaça de Catalunya. The Turisme de Barcelona information office at Pla de la Seu 2, beside the Cathedral, is also where one of the walks meets.
